On Dec. 19, 2010, Shanghai Wood-based Panel Machinery Co., Ltd (SWPM), a subsidiary owned by Dieffenbacher Group (Germany) held an introduction meeting of ContiPlus - Horizontal Continuous Press in Zhangzhou, Fujian. There were 135 experts and users all over the country attending such meeting. The meeting consisted of two parts, which were Continuous Press (ContiPlus) introduction in the morning and site visits in Zhangzhou Zhongfu Wood Industry Co., Ltd in the afternoon.

     Mr. Wang Jinxing, Managing Director from SWPM delivered opening speech and introduced the hard and honorable course of SWPM that has undergone for more than fifty years to weed through the old to bring forth the new and now developed the Continuous Press (ContiPlus) with the world advanced level. He was very proud to say: “SWPM has provided users with nearly 300 sets of Multi-Opening MDF lines and 17 sets of Continuous Press orders until Dec. 2010. I want to take this opportunity to express heartfelt gratitude to domestic and international users for the long-term support to SWPM!” Mr. Liu Shouhua, director of Board Meeting from SWPM on behalf of Mr. Dieffenbacher and Mr. Kitzelmann thanked guests for coming, hoping that SWPM shall take such a new opportunity, guard against arrogance and rashness and accept a greater challenge in the market. Mr. Li Shaokun, Chief Engineer from SWPM made an exposition of development background, development process, the achievements and problems solving for Continuous Press (ContiPlus). Mr. Deng Lining, Vice Chief Engineer from SWPM made a special report for Continuous Press (ContiPlus) in technology field. Mr. Lu Qiuhua, General Manager from Electric Manufacturing, SWPM elaborated the characteristics of electric control system of Continuous Press (ContiPlus).

Mr. Lu Maosheng, Chief Engineer from Zhangzhou Zhongfu Wood Industry Co., Ltd and Mr. Yang Chunwen, Chairman of Xinjiang Kimyang Meijia Wood Industry Co., Ltd were specially invited to talk about personal thoughts in the course of using production line. Mr. Lu Maosheng carried out four points emotively: firstly, the design and manufacture for line Continuous Press (ContiPlus) produced by SWPM had reached the international advanced level; Second, the technological design level had greatly improved and also reached the international advanced level; Third, the electric control system of Continuous Press (ContiPlus) had features of good applicability and high reliability, especially in quickly restoring production while in unexpected error; Fourth, it was the first time to meet such a good on-site installation, commissioning team. The entire installation process was very smooth and efficient without communication barrier. SWPM was efficient and comprehensive, hard-working, not understood the equipment but board production and performed their duties. Meanwhile, Mr. Lu Maosheng also put forward two hopes: One was that SWPM shall consider and meet the technological layout of the trend to make the equipment layout cleaner and more reasonable; The other was that SWPM shall set up hotline system to achieve real-time online service in order to provide better, quicker service for users while meeting the tight market. Mr. Yang Chunwen also said with emotion: “As the first user of MDF ContiPlus line produced by SWPM in China, I have ever worried with tremendous stress at the beginning. But after installation, commissioning and producing the first board, a hanging heart finally put down. I would like to express my gratitude for Mr. Wang, Managing Director of SWPM and design engineers to provide the superior equipment reached world advanced level equipment in fiber industry field in China, and also thank the technicians of commissioning service for providing quality services to make the production line operate smoothly”.

The guests who visited the ContiPlus production line in Zhangzhou Zhongfu Wood Industry Co., Ltd on the site in the afternoon have more intuitionist and intensive knowledge for the performance of production lines and were very interested in the ContiPlus manufactured by SWPM!
