Made of wooden materials, particleboard (PB) with density of 550-750 kg/m³  is produced through flake preparation, glue blending, mat forming,hot pressing,trimming and sanding process etc,With its merits of smooth surface,gradual change structure,superiortity in heat insulation,sound-proof and performance of machining, it is widely used for furniture,sound box,architecture and interior decoration.

    SWPM supplies PB production lines with annual capacity ranging from 15000 to 60000 m³  .It has made great technical innovations on design of single-pass flue gas drier,pneumatic-mechanical forming station and large size single-opening hot press.
